Apel Khusus dan Olahraga bersama yang dilaksanakan terpusat di Lapangan Apel Mako Koarmada I Tanjung Pinang Kepri, dipimpin langsung oleh Pangkoarmada I, Laksamana Muda TNI Arsyad Abdullah, S.E., M.A.P., diikuti oleh seluruh kotama jajaran Koarmada I (Lantamal, Lanal dan unsur KRI).
Maksud dan tujuan kegiatan Apel Khusus dan Olahraga bersama ini digelar dalam rangka Pisah Sambt Pangkoarmada I yang akan mutasi ketempat yang baru. @penlanalbandung
