Hanla., menyambut Pangkogabwilhan I Laksdya TNI Muhammad Ali, S.E., M.M., M.Tr.Opsla., dalam rangka Seminar akhir Pasis Dikreg XLIX tahun 2022 tema” Pembangunan Kekuatan dan Kemampuan Kogabwilhan dalam menghadapi Dinamika Geopolitik Kawasan Hindo-Pasifik” dengan moto Kogabwilham Kuat Indonesia Jaya oleh Kasal Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono secara Virtual bertempat di Gedung Serasan Sesko TNI, Selasa (20/07).
Maksud dan tujuan kegiatan tersebut dalam rangka Seminar Akhir Pasis Dikreg XLIX tahun 2022 dan dihadiri langsung oleh para Pangkogabwilhan I, II dan III.
Dalam sambutannya Dansesko TNI Marsekal Madya TNI Diyah Yudanardi, S.E, M.Si. menyampaikan bahwa seminar akhir ini, merupakan salah satu puncak kegiatan Pasis Dikreg Sesko TNI. Dalam kegiatan ini Pasis diharapkan mampu membuat konsep tulisan (naskah) ilmiah dalam bentuk naskah strategis tentang permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi bangsa dan negara. Dalam seminar ini para Pasis dapat belajar mengemukakan ide dan mempertahankan gagasan maupun pendapat yang telah dirumuskan dan disusun. Selain itu, dapat menyerap maupun menerima adanya perbedaan persepsi atau pendapat dari berbagai sudut pandang secara berkualitas.
Dalam seminarnya Kasal memberikan materi terkait Banglingstra yang meliputi Global, Regional, Nasional, Potensi Ancaman dimana perebutan pengaruh Negara luar dan Sengketa Batas Maritim, Illegal Fhising, Klaim Nine Desh Line Tiongkok dan Pengawalan Coash Guard Tiongkok terhadap kapal penangkapan ikan di perairan LNU dan pelanggaran batas Wilayah Udara.
Pentingnya Kogabwilhan sebagai Penindak awal untuk Dirumuskan selama Konplik belum terjadi apa tugasnya dan Tanggung jawab Kogaswilham, bagaimana Kogabwilham membangun kesiapsiagaan unsur Ops dalam berada di bawah Komandonya serta bagaimana Kogabwilham mengemban fungsi Penangkalan.
